Online Payment Processing

Online Payment Processing allows you to process ACH and credit card transactions such as collecting application fees, paying owner distributions, and giving your tenants the option to pay rent online by ACH bank draft or credit card.

Collecting Cash Payments Electronically

The Cash Payments tool will provide tenants a means to submit cash payments to you safely through payment terminals across the country. In addition, tenants that pay rent by money order can also be directed to the Cash Payment network to save them time and money.
