Rentec Direct property management software was designed to be very easy to get started and use. We offer many ways for you to get your answers quickly.
The Need Help option at the top and bottom throughout the program allows you to search for quick answers. It also offers direct access to reach out to our Success team before or after your search. (See Need Help section below for more details)
The Knowledge Base link at the bottom of every page takes you to the menu for the entire directory of how-to instructions, videos, and featured articles. (See Knowledge Base section below for more details).
Need Help Tool
Based on the page you are on when you click the Need Help tool, the system will offer suggested Instant Answers. Scroll through and click on the article that best matches your question to view the entire article. To view it full screen, click the title again.
If you do not find an instant answer, click the bottom 'what can we help you with' search bar and enter any topic or question you may have. The system will search the Knowledge Base and present you with article options.
Tip: If you did not find what you were looking for use the X to close that search and try again or use the Ask option to reach out by email or chat when available.

The Knowledge Base offers a full library of instructions. The articles are organized by categories and the Getting Started section is the go-to for new users.
Not only does the Knowledge Base include how-to articles, instructional videos, feature information, but also tenant and owner resources for you to use in your business.
Click on a category or use the search tool to drill down specific articles.
In addition to the link at the bottom of every page within the software, feel free to visit and bookmark the direct link for quick access anytime. No login or user account required.
