Subscription and Notification Preferences
All Rentec Direct clients (users and subusers) will automatically receive product update blog articles via email.
You can easily update your preferences to receive:
- All updates
- Product updates only
- No emails
Just click on "Update Email Preferences" at the bottom of the email to select your preference.

Subscribe to the Rentec Direct Blog
You can stay up-to-date by subscribing to the Rentec Direct Blog:
- Visit the Rentec Direct website
- Under Resources, select Blog
- Enter your email address and click Subscribe


Summary Page - Your Daily Operations Hub
The Rentec Direct Summary Page keeps you informed, organized, and proactive. The moment you log in, you'll immediately see key updates, including:
- Current system updates
- News & Tips
This centralized view makes it easy for all users to stay informed without leaving the software.

Did you miss an Update?
If you've opted out of notifications or want to double-check for updates, you can find them in several places:
- Your admin email inbox
- System Updates section of your Summary page
- Rentec Direct Product Updates page on the website
To receive updates as they're released, be sure to subscribe to the blog and keep your email preferences up to date.
How to Request a New Feature or Enhancement
We value your feedback and use it to continuously improve Rentec Direct.
When you submit a feature request, our Account Setup Assistants and Success Team share it with our development team. If your request leads to a new feature or update, our team will notify you so you can start using it right away.
