Rentec Direct property management software keeps all users up to date with any New Features, Enhancements, and helpful tips right from your account.

What's New Notifications
When new features or enhancements are released, a What's New notification appears automatically the next time you log in.
- The notification includes a direct link to an article related to the update
- Each message highlights what's changed and how the feature works
You can review these updates right away or come back to them anytime.
What's New articles are also available through the Quick Access Links at the bottom of the Summary page.
Change the Settings for What's New pop-up
The account admin can easily change the settings for the What's New pop-up.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click Settings
- Under Tools, click Utilities
- Select Manage What's New posts
Summary Page Updates
Your Summary Page is your go-to dashboard for staying informed and organized. As soon as you log in, you'll see important updates at a glance, including:
- System updates
- News & Tips
- Quick Access links (at the bottom of the page)

Subscribe to the Rentec Direct Blog
Want updates delivered straight to your inbox? Subscribing to the Rentec Direct Blog is the easiest way to stay current.
Click here to subscribe to the Rentec Direct Blog or use the following steps:
- Visit the Rentec Direct website
- Under Resources, select Blog
- Enter your email address and click Subscribe
By default, all users/subusers are subscribed to receive System update notifications and can easily change their preferences/unsubscribe. Learn more about managing your Blog Subscription.
Tip: If you've subscribed to the Rentec Direct Blog and aren't receiving emails, they may be going to the admin's email. To receive real-time updates, ensure each user has their own login and subscribes with their own email.
Have a Feature Idea? We'd Love to Hear It
Most of the new features and enhancements in Rentec Direct are driven by client feedback. If you have an idea or suggestion, you can easily submit a Feature Request, and our Success Team or Onboarding Team will pass it on to the Development Team.
To submit a request:

- Call 800-881-5139 x2 (weekdays, 6 am–5 pm PST)
