When our Account Setup Assistants or Success teams receive your requests, they are then shared with our development team which is dedicated to making your job more time and cost-efficient.
As changes are made as a result of a request, our team will reach out to you letting you know so that you can start implementing updates as soon as possible.
To make sure that you haven't missed any updates that you may have requested, check one of the various locations including:
- An email at your admin email address
- System Updates on your Summary page
