A Note About Yahoo and AOL Email Accounts

Yahoo and AOL email addresses may cause you issues when using Rentec.

In Settings under Your Contact Information is a field for you to enter your email address. We generally use the email address there to send you notifications from us.

The email address you list there is also used when you send tenants, property owners, or vendors emails using our software program. 

Due to their strict policies, AOL and Yahoo do not allow you to send emails out using a program like ours. 

If you plan to use our program to send out emails, you will want to use another email address instead.

Tip: We find that Google or Gmail email accounts work best.
