Unable to upload in Internet Explorer (Legacy)

If you are having trouble uploading attachments or files here are a couple of helpful hints on how to fix if using Internet Explorer.

1)  An easy option that has worked for some users is to use the SHIFT+REFRESH buttons once you are logged into the program.

2) Click the IE developer tool shortcut (F12) and check your Document Mode. Your document mode should match your browser mode. If not, change the document mode to match your browser mode
