The traditional sticky notepad concept is available within the Rentec Direct software. This allows for taking a quick note or additional information to a tenant, property, or account which is then apparent when viewing the tenant, property, or account list.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Go to the appropriate Tenant or Properties tab.
- Right-click on a tenant or property depending on the tab in step 1 and choose Notes & History
- Click the Add Sticky Note button.
- After entering the note, click the Save Changes button.
Once a sticky note has been added, the icon seen in the screenshot below will show up next to the tenant or property selected. Clicking the icon brings up the sticky note which allows you to make changes and/or additional.
Note: To remove the sticky note, simply delete the contents.
