My Rental Application Disappeared

With Rentec Direct property management software, you have the flexibility to view and change the status of previously received online rental applications. Whether an application is approved or declined, it can still be viewed and its status can be modified as per your requirements.

Access Rental Applications

All previously received rental applications can easily be accessed and viewed, and the status changed. The following steps walk through accessing online rental applications.

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click on Properties
  2. Click on Applications
  3. Use the filter dropdown, to select the application status, and click on All to view all Applications
  4. Click on the Application to view it
  5. Click on the link to change the status. Applications that were previously Declined, will have the option to Reopen the Application
