My Rental Application Disappeared
If you approve or decline a rental application, it will be removed from the list of active applications but they are still available to view.
Access Rental Applications
To find an application received for a specific property use the following instructions.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click Properties
- Right-click and choose Applications from the Property drop-down menu
- Click either Show All Applications button or use the drop-down menu to choose to view the Approved, Declined, or Archived applications.
Tip: From this same drop-down you can also view Open, Unread, and Read applications as well.
Alternatively, you can view ALL applications received (both open and closed) for all properties with all same menu options as above.
In your Rentec Direct Account:
- Click Summary
- Click the Unread Applications link in the Quick Access section at the bottom of the page
Note: Although this display defaults to the Unread Applications, the same menu options are available on this page for you to view either all applications or by application status.
