Email Address not Accepted for Subdomains

Having trouble adding an email address for a subdomain?

Using subdomains can help route your messages to the correct individual or team, improving workflow efficiency. (stan@maintenanceteam.example.com or suzie@marketingteam.example.com)

One of the checks Rentec Direct performs to ensure email address syntax is to verify that the domain exists and is configured to receive email.

For a domain (or subdomain) to be set up correctly to receive email, it needs a "mail exchange" (MX) record.

If your subdomain email address isn't being accepted, simply adding a DNS MX record for the subdomain should resolve it.
