Available Rentals Report

Rentec Direct property management software includes a visually appealing Available Rentals Report to help your applicants find the perfect property.

There is just one quick setup step and you can have an Available Rentals Report in hand. The Available Rentals Report search criteria looks for matches in the Property Marketing Info. The following Marketing Info for each available property, will need to be set up to be included on the report:

• Establish the Property Search Criteria including the number of Bedroom and Bathrooms
• Activate Publish Online Listings

Establish the Property Search Criteria

To begin, you'll want to make sure the Property Marketing Info page has been filled out for each property to be included in the report with active Online Listing

In your Rentec Direct account: 

1. Click on Properties
2. Right-click on a property and click on Marketing Info
    
3. Under Property Identification, the Description, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms are included in the Available Rental Report. 
   1. Enter a Description or enter a few details and click on the Listing Generator tool for ChatGPT to create a captivating description in as little as 30 seconds. 
   2. Enter the number of Bedrooms and Bathrooms
4. Under Search Criteria, the Features and Search City are included in the Available Rental Report 
   1. Check the Features that best describe the property
   2. Enter the Search City (Begin typing the City and select it from the list provided)
5. Under Pictures, drag and drop or upload images 
6. Under Publishing, check Publish Online Listings (Uncheck Enable Syndication if you do not want your listing going to syndicated sites)
7. Click on Save Changes

Create an Available Rentals Report

Available Rental Reports and print or email. These work like a brochure or flier for prospects and leads.

In your Rentec Direct account: 

1. Click on Reports
   Note: For accounts created before July 26, 2024, if you haven't had a chance to check out the enhanced features, click on the NEW Try our Remodeled Reports link to access the new report options.
2. Under Miscellaneous Reports, click on Available Rentals
   
   
3. You will be presented with a filtering list to show only the properties that match the items you select. You also have the option not to show thumbnail images, in order to list more properties on each printed page.
4. Click on Submit
   
   Tip: To show all your properties, don't select any filters. 

Available Rentals Report

The Available Rentals Report can be emailed, downloaded, and added to your favorites by clicking on the star. This report provides an excellent presentation to prospective tenants.
