Lead Tracking | Match Property and Move in Leads

It's easy to match and move in leads in Rentec Direct property management software.

1. Automatically receive an emailed list of matching leads when a property becomes vacant. This option makes it convenient to email, call, and move the lead into the property by clicking on the links in the message.

2. Lead matches can be verified on both the Property Card and Lead Card. Save time by viewing leads for only vacant properties

In your Rentec Direct account:

1. Click on Summary
2. Click on Vacancies
3. Click on the Property
4. Review the property card for Matched Leads
5. Click on the number Matched (ex., 1 Matched) to view the individual leads
6. Click on the Lead to
   1. View Matched properties and 
   2. Convert to Tenant
7. Follow the steps to Move In the tenant using the option to Place Lead
