Quickly turn emails, phone calls, online inquiries, and walk-ins into leads.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click on Tenants
- Click on Leads List
- click on +Add a Lead
- Enter the Personal Information, Rental Criteria, and Desired Rental Location
- Click on Save Changes
Pro Tip: The more information entered, the more likely it is to match with the property that best fits their needs.
How Prospective Tenants Can Add Themselves as a Lead
While searching your Rentec Direct website, prospective tenants can create a Guest Card and automatically be added to your list of leads.
The following steps walk through how prospective tenants can create a Guest Card, letting you know more about what they're looking for on your website and ensuring the best match:
- Click on Rentals
- Enter Requirements and Desired Location (Required fields for leads) and Facilities for more specific property matching
- Click on Subscribe
A Guest Card will then be displayed allowing them to enter their Name, Contact Information, and other details that can help find the property that best matches.
Note: If you would like to send sms text messages to them, they will need to provide their Mobile / Text Phone #. (Required fields are marked with an asterisk *)
- Click on Save
Note: When a Guest Card is saved:
- They will automatically be added to your list of leads
- The individual will receive a confirmation email allowing them to edit their search or unsubscribe
