Leads can easily be add:

• By Landlords or
• Prospective tenants

How Landlords Can Add Leads

Quickly turn emails, phone calls, online inquiries, and walk-ins into leads.

In your Rentec Direct account:

1. Click on Tenants
2. Click on Leads List
3. click on +Add a Lead
4. Enter the Personal Information, Rental Criteria, and Desired Rental Location
5. Click on Save Changes

How Prospective Tenants Can Add Themselves as a Lead

While searching your Rentec Direct website, prospective tenants can create a Guest Card and automatically be added to your list of leads.

The following steps walk through how prospective tenants can create a Guest Card, letting you know more about what they're looking for on your website:

1. Click on Rentals
2. Enter Requirements and Desired Location (Required fields for leads) and Facilities for more specific property matching
3. Click on Subscribe
4. A Guest Card will then be displayed so that they can enter their Name and Contact Information. (Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
5. Click on Save (If the prospective tenant would like to be notified when matching properties become available)

Note: When a Guest Card is saved:

• They will automatically be added to your list of leads
• The individual will receive a confirmation email allowing them to edit their search or unsubscribe
