Archive, Reactivate, or Delete a Lead

Keeping your lead list current in Rentec Direct is easy. You can archive or delete leads that are no longer being tracked or don't have a match.

When a lead profile is archived, it is stored in the "Archived Leads" list, which preserves all the historical information for that lead. From this list, you can choose to either re-activate the lead or permanently delete it from your software.


Archive a Lead

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click on Tenants
  2. Click on Leads List
  3. Right-click on the lead and choose Archive Lead

Reactivate or Delete Archived Leads

Once a lead profile has been archived, it will be stored in the Archived Lead list, preserving all the historical information for that lead. From this list, you can choose to either Reactivate or permanently Delete the lead from your software.


Rentec Direct Reactivate or Delete a Lead

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click on Tenants
  2. Click on Leads
  3. Click on the Filter dropdown and select All 
  4. Right-click on a lead and choose:
    1. Reactivate to automatically move the archived lead to the active Lead List or
    2. Delete Lead to permanently delete the lead and all its information from your software.
  5. Click on Delete Lead
