Archive, Reactivate, or Delete a Lead
It's easy to keep your lead list current in Rentec Direct by archiving and deleting leads that no longer have a match or are no longer being tracked.
Once a lead profile is archived, it will be stored in the Archived Lead list, preserving all the historical information for that lead. From this list, you can choose to either re-activate the lead or permanently delete them from your software.
Archive a Lead
The following steps walk through how to move a lead from the Active to the Archived Lead list.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click on Tenants
- Click on Leads List
- Right-click on the lead and choose Archive Lead
Reactivate or Delete Archived Leads
Once a lead profile has been archived, it will be stored in the Archived Lead list, preserving all the historical information for that lead. From this list, you can choose to either Reactivate or permanently Delete the lead from your software.
The following steps will walk you through Reactivating or permanently Deleting archived leads.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click on Tenants
- Click on Leads
- Click on the Filter dropdown and select All
- Right-click on a lead and choose:
- Reactivate to automatically move the archived lead to the active Lead List or
- Delete Lead to permanently delete the lead and all their information from your software.
- Click on Delete Lead
