Attaching Files To Emails
From the Rentec Direct platform, you can upload files from your hard drive or select them from your file library to attach to any transaction. This feature is similar to those you find in Gmail or Outlook and Rentec Direct supports the function too.

While sending, you have the option to click on the Upload File or Choose File button to add it as an attachment to the email.
After sending is complete, emails with attachments will be indicated by a small blue paperclip on the envelope in the email history list. You can review the email and its attachments by clicking on the row.
This feature works in the regular email form as well as the group email form, giving you the ability to easily send documents and other files to a number of recipients.
