- Instant Answers - Enter keywords or a question like "How do I add a tenant", and allow AI to search the Knowledge Base articles and retrieve the step-by-step instructions or specific information with a link to the articles where the information is located.
- Help docs - Clicking on Help docs automatically retrieves the most commonly used Knowledge Base articles related to the current page. (example: If you select Help docs while on the Properties page, you will be provided with property-related articles such as adding properties, multi-unit properties, property ledgers, and moving a tenant into a property). You can also enter keywords or your question in the search bar for suggested articles.
- Email - Click on Email to contact your live U.S.-based Success Team. 99% of emails are responded to on the same day.
