Rentec Direct property management software is designed to be easy to start and use, with many ways to find solutions quickly.

⭐Each page has three Help Links that offer 24/7 access to quick search answers. Two of them also have links to reach live support from the Rentec Direct Success team.

Accessing Help Links

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click on the Help Link at the top or bottom of any page
  2. Click on Answers to pull up a list of suggested solutions related to the page you're on. If a solution isn't in the Instant Answers...
  3. Enter a topic or question in the What can we help you with search bar to be presented with article options from the Knowledge Base

or

  1. Click on Knowledge Base 
  2. Click on a Category or use the Search tool to locate specific subjects

The Help Link in the upper right corner of your screen is indicated as a "?" question mark ⭐In the lower right corner of your screen, click on Live Expert Help
