Accessing Help Links
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click on the Help Link at the top or bottom of any page
- Click on Answers to pull up a list of suggested solutions related to the page you're on. If a solution isn't in the Instant Answers...
- Enter a topic or question in the What can we help you with search bar to be presented with article options from the Knowledge Base
or
- Click on Knowledge Base
- Click on a Category or use the Search tool to locate specific subjects
