Account Billing
Your subscription fee is billed monthly based on the date you started your account. The invoice will include the monthly subscription fee, as well as details of all other service fees based on activity on the account during that billing cycle.
Have a PDF of Your Invoice Emailed to you
You can easily have your invoice emailed to you as a PDF. If you would like to stop receiving the email, follow the same steps and remove the email address.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click on Settings
- Under Account, click on Your Contact Information
- Under Billing & Tax Information, enter the Billing Email
- Click on Save Changes
System Note: Accounts created after 02/11/2026 will automatically populate entered email addresses in the Billing Email.

View Your Subscription Invoice and Billing Details
It's easy to review the details of your monthly billing and service fees.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click on Settings
- Under Account, click on Your Account & Subscription
- Click on View Billing History

Click on the view icon or the invoice number



- Important Note: Additional fees may be billed to you based on Compensation and Payment detailed out in the Terms of Service and your subscription anniversary.
