Tenant Pictures & Social Networking Tenant Data
Keeping your tenants' photos up to date is easy. You can have your software automatically pull profile images from tenants' and prospects' social media accounts, or upload photos yourself—whatever works best for you.
Once updated, your Tenant List will be filled with photos of your current tenants, helping you put a face to your renters' names and personalize your manager-renter relationships.

Automatically use Social Media Images for Tenant and Prospect Profiles.
Pictures of tenants and prospects can be automatically populated from social media sites using their email address, so be sure to have a valid email address on file.
- Click Settings
- Under Program, click Program Defaults
- Click Edit Advanced Settings (at the bottom of the page)
- Under Advanced General Preferences, set Use social image search for tenants and prospects? to Yes
- Save Changes
Add or Update Tenant and Prospect Pictures Manually
Tenant and prospect pictures can be manually added or updated easily in Rentec Direct.
In your Rentec Direct account
- Click Tenants
- Right-click on the tenant and choose Edit Tenant from the drop-down menu
- Click the thumbnail image on the Edit Tenant page, select a picture from your files
- Click Update Tenant when finished
The picture linked to the tenant profile will automatically save to the tenant's file library, where you can delete it if you would like.
