Quickly edit the Custom Website included with all Rentec Direct property management software accounts for Pro and PM clients. Editing your website is easy and lets you refresh its look and information for mobile visitors.

Edit Your Custom Website

The following steps guide you through quickly editing your Custom Website.

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Under Program, click on Website
  3. Click on Expand to view the full website
  4. Use the dropdown to select a Theme. Try various themes to see how they display immediately and find the right one for you.
  5. Click on any section to update the content or image
  6. Click on Preview to open your website in a separate window, allowing you to view changes that have been made
  7. Click on Save Draft to save your progress
  8. Click on Publish when you are ready to share your website with the public

Note: If a section is not yet ready to be shared with the public, hover over it to reveal a show... icon that can be toggled off.


Editing Tips

  • When a text section is clicked, a toolbar with formatting options appears, including a link to add clickable links.
  • At the top of each section is a link to select  "Show....", providing the option of allowing that section to be displayed to the public view or not showing if it's still under construction
  • Add clickable links by clicking on the paperclip and entering a URL

When editing your Enhanced Website, click on Advanced Options to utilize features you may not be aware of:
