Lead Tracking | Activate Lead Tracking Features

Activate Lead Tracking Options 

Quickly get started using Lead Tracking in your Rentec Direct software by activating the Lead Tracking options.

In your Rentec Direct account: 
  1. Click on Settings
  2. Under Program click on Program Defaults
  3. Under General Preferences, change:
    1. Use tenant Lead matching system? to Yes to activate the Lead Tracking feature
    2. Email lead list to manager when property becomes vacant? to Yes to automatically receive an emailed list of matching leads for newly vacant property. 
    3. Allow Leads to save searches on listings site? to Yes to allow prospective tenants to add themselves as leads on your website
  4. Click on Save Changes
