Once connected, this integration helps eliminate duplicate data entry while keeping both systems up to date. For all AI-generated information, the manager reviews and approves, keeping the final say human.

How Market Ready Turn Works

Market Ready Turn guides each rental turnover through six phases:

1. Move-Out Inspection: Document the unit room by room, and let AI generate a graded repair list automatically.
2. Work Orders: Get owner approval, assign tasks to vendors, and push work orders directly into your Rentec Direct account.
3. Vendor Verification: Re-walk completed work, have AI grade the results, and turn any open items into a punch list.
4. Cleaning: Assign a cleaner to the unit and verify the clean meets standards.
5. Market Ready Scorecard: Receive a clear Approval, Review, or Exception verdict along with complete reasoning behind it.

Before You Begin

Before connecting Market Ready Turn, make sure you have:

• An Administrator login for your Rentec Direct account.
• A Market Ready Turn account.
• Permission to create an API key in Rentec Direct.

Note: The user who creates the Market Ready Turn company account becomes the company's Super Admin.

What the Integration Syncs

After connecting the two systems, the following information can sync automatically.

From Rentec Direct to Market Ready Turn

• Properties
• Owners
• Vendors

From Market Ready Turn to Rentec Direct

• Work orders

Notes:

• Add or update properties, owners, and vendors in Rentec Direct first, then sync them into Market Ready Turn.
• Your Market Ready Turn subscription is based on the verified property count imported from Rentec Direct.

Step 1. Create a Rentec Direct API Key

In your Rentec Direct account:

1. Click Settings
2. Under Tools, select Utilities
3. Click API Keys
4. Select +Add API Key
5. Select Rentec API V3 from the Application options
6. Enter a name, such as Market Ready Turn
7. Configure the following permissions:

8. Click Generate
9. Copy the generated API key

You'll use this API key when connecting to Market Ready Turn.

Important Note: Treat your API key like a password. If it is lost or compromised, generate a new key using the same process.

Step 2. Create Your Market Ready Turn Account

If you do not already have a Market Ready Turn account:

1. Visit Market Ready Turn and click Log in, then choose Create your company on the sign-in screen.
2. Enter your company name, your name, email, and a password, then click Create company
3. Confirm your email

Important Note: Whoever creates the company becomes its Super Admin, which has authority to connect with Rentec Direct and manage the account.

Step 3. Connect With Rentec Direct

In your Market Ready Turn account:

1. Under Your property management system, select Rentec Direct
2. Paste your Rentec API key and click Connect & verify units

Market Ready Turn validates the key against Rentec and counts your units. If it's mistyped or missing a permission, you'll get a clear message right away.
