Rentec Direct property management software makes it easy to remove published and syndicated property listings. 

Disable an Online Property Listing

Removing a property listing from your website or syndicated sites is a simple process.

In your Rentec Direct account: 

1. Click on Properties
2. Right-click on the Property and choose Marketing Info 
   1. To remove the listing from your Rentec Direct custom website (the rtd.com site), un-check the box for Publish Online Listing
   2. To remove the listing from the syndicated websites, un-check the box for Enable Syndication
3. Click on Save Changes 

Notes: 

• Listings will be removed immediately from your Rentec Direct online listings page
• It may take up to 72 hours for syndicated sites to remove the listing
