Disable an Online Property Advertisement

Once your vacancy has been filled or you no longer wish to have it listed on your personal website or on syndicated sites follow the simple instructions below. 

Disable an Online Property Listing

The process to remove a property listing from your website or syndicated sites is very straightforward.

In your Rentec Direct account: 

1. Click Properties
2. Right-click on the Property Name and choose Marketing Info from the drop-down menu
   1. To remove the listing from your custom website (the rtd.com site), un-check the box for Publish Online Listing
      
      Note: This removes that listing immediately from your Rentec Direct online listings page
   2. To remove the listing from the syndicated websites, un-check the box for Enable Syndication
      
      Note: This may take up to 72 hours for those syndicated sites to remove the listing from their sites.
3. Click Save Changes when finished
