Getting Started with Rentometer Rent Comparisons
Getting Started
Rentometer is a built-in feature in Rentec Direct that lets you compare your rental pricing to similar properties in your local market. It uses property information already entered in your account to provide market-based rent comparisons, suggested rental rates that you can automatically apply, and access to reports without requiring any additional information beyond enabling the integration.
Rentometer is available in all Rentec Pro and PM accounts.
