Share Your Online Rental Application

Once your available listing is published and online rental application is enabled in Rentec Direct, you can share a link with prospective tenants so they can view the property and apply online. You can share a link to an individual property, direct applicants to your website, or provide a printable application.

Share Your Rentec Direct Website

The easiest way to share your current and upcoming vacancies with a direct link to the application is to direct prospective tenants and aleads to your Rentec Direct Website (or your custom website if you're using your own domain).

From your website, prospective tenants can:

  • Browse current and future vacancies
  • Use the search feature to look for vacancies that meet specific needs
  • View property details and photos
  • Submit an online rental application
  • Create their own lead card that will let you know if a property becomes available that's a good match

Want to send a prospective tenant directly to a rental listing? You can copy a link to an individual property or to all your advertised rentals.

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click Properties
  2. Right-click the property and select Marketing Info
  3. Under Resources, right-click one of these links:
    • This Property's Public Page to share a specific rental listing
    • All Advertised Properties to let applicants browse all your advertised rentals
  4. Select Copy Link Address
  5. Paste the link into an email or message and send it to your prospectve tenant
