You can easily choose the types of emails you want to receive:

  • All updates – News, educational content, and product updates
  • Product updates only – New features and improvements
  • No emails – Opt out of all news and updates

By default, all clients (including users and subusers) are subscribed to Product updates only, so you don’t miss important changes. You can update your preferences at any time.

How to manage your email preferences

Option 1: Update from any blog email

  1. Open a Rentec Direct blog email
  2. Click Update Email Preferences at the bottom
  3. Select your preference
  4. Update Preferences

Option 2: Set preferences per user

You can customize email settings for each subuser.

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Under Account, select Users (Pro) or Managers & Users (PM)
  3. Click the edit (paper/pencil) icon next to the subuser
  4. Under Enable User Account, choose an option from Receive the following email updates?
  5. Save Changes

Option 3: Set an account-wide preference

Apply a default setting for all users on your account.

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Under Program, select Program Defaults
  3. Under General Preferences, choose your preference from Receive the following email updates?
  4. Save Changes

Subscribe to the Rentec Direct Blog

Not subscribed yet? Getting started is quick and easy.

  1. Visit the Rentec Direct website
  2. Hover over Resources, then click on Blog
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click Subscribe

Once subscribed, you’ll begin receiving helpful updates, feature announcements, and industry insights.

Tip: If you’re not subscribed, you could be missing your next favorite feature.
