Reports Overview

One of the most important benefits of using property management software is the powerful reporting functions available to landlords and property managers. Property managers and landlords are able to automatically generate custom reports on tenants, properties, financial accounts, and more.  

By providing instant access to vital information stored in your account, you can use Rentec Direct to do things like creating a Rent Roll Report, generate tax documents, or email a Property Performance Report to your owners that shows a snapshot of occupancy rates, income, and expenses and other vital property information.  
Another great benefit of the reporting features found in online software is all your data is stored in the cloud so it won't take up file cabinet space and can be easily duplicated or regenerated if you need an additional copy.

Locating Your Reports in the Software

You can easily find all your reports with these easy steps.

In your Rentec Direct account: 
  1. Click Reports from the main menu
  2. Choose a Reports Category (see below for details)
The Reports section offers over 50 report options, organized by category. More information on each category can be found here: 

Each section offers customization choices to pull reports by select dates and date ranges as well as by Property, Bank, Owner, Tenant, and other criteria creating thousands of reports at your fingertips. 

TipEvery report accessed gives you the option to download, print, and/or email. Reports that are emailed will indicate the "From" email address of the manager or administrator that sent the email.
