Below, on the left, see how to quickly add a notice that will be seen by all tenants when logged into their portal. The right is the Summary Page of a Tenant Portal displaying the notice.

Display Notices to Tenants in The Tenant Portal

Quickly add a notice that all tenants will see when logged into their portal.

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Under Program, click on Program Defaults
  3. Click on Edit Advanced Settings
  4. Under Advanced General Preferences 
  5. Enter the Message to print on the tenant portal

    System Note: The following html tags can be used: <strong>, <b>, <i>, <a>

  6. Click on Save Changes

System Note: Tenants have view access only and cannot add, edit, or delete notices
